Where are you located?
We conduct lessons at multiple locations: Terwillegar Recreation Centre, Clare view Recreation Centre, Jasper place Recreation Centre, Kinsmen Recreation Centre, Londonderry, and The Meadows.
Is pool admission included in your fees?
No, the lesson fee is separate from the facility admission as we are a private company. The facility admission fees range from $5 to $9 per entry, depending on the location, number of swimmers, and their ages.
Can I request lessons at my home pool?
Currently, we only conduct lessons at our designated locations and do not offer lessons at private pools.
How many students are in one lesson?
We maintain small class sizes with a maximum of 2 swimmers per instructor.
Will my classes be continuous with the same instructor each week?
Yes, upon booking, your lessons will progress each week with the same instructor, however instructor changes might occur if necessary.
What is the minimum/maximum number of lessons I can sign up for in a week?
The number of lessons you can sign up for per week depends on your availability. You can choose from weekly, biweekly, or multiple times a week, based on your preference and schedule.
What age group can enroll for swimming lessons?
We welcome swimmers from the age of 6 months and above. Our swim program caters to a wide range of ages.
Are your swimming instructors certified?
Yes, our instructors are certified and experienced to provide a wonderful swimming experience.
Can I cancel or reschedule a lesson after booking?
Yes, you can reschedule a lesson by providing a 48-hour notice. However, a rescheduling fee may apply.
How long are your swimming lessons?
Our lessons are available in both hour-long and half-hour sessions. For swimmers under 8 years old, we recommend half-hour lessons, while hour-long lessons are suitable for swimmers over 8.
What are your pool hours and availability?
When you provide your availability, we cross-check and find matching spots for you. Additionally, you can check our online calendar for available openings.
